Vendor — A Supplier to Walmart with a Host Vendor Number (HVN). Supplies directly to Walmart or Sam's Club.

Walmart Enhance Security Requirements

Walmart email security requirements..

1. Generic emails/user ID's are allowed, examples:

a. wmcolorteam@walmart.com: Not allowed

b. Wmgirlsknits@walmart.com: Not allowed

2. Non-supplier domains are not allowed, examples:

a. Gmail.com

b. Qq.com

c. 163.com

3. Sharing of user ID's is not allowed, example:

a. jane@supplier.com with user id Jane cannot be shared with Liz and Ashley. Only Jane can use this log-in

4. Admin email

     a. You are allowed to add one admin email on the page
      https://walmart-csicompass.com/colorflow/input/vendor_extra_emails.
      This email will ONLY share pass/fail results. No other communication will be sent to that email.
